- Our Patient Record Information Portal is Accessible 24/7. Please contact our office if you need your login information. You can email my staff or me with brief questions through the Portal. Please be aware that if the questions to Dr.Esser are complex and require a complex answer, your insurance provider will not cover a portal message. You will be billed directly per the agreement signed at your office visit.

For URGENT issues, please PORTAL MESSAGE or TEXT. Urgent issues will be answered within 24 hours, but if this is a Life-threatening Emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room for care. DO NOT rely on a call/text/message return
